The general meeting of shareholders, which was announced on February 19, 2024, was convened in accordance with the Articles of association of the Company on March 14, 2024; and, in line with the powers vested in the chairman of the meeting with the consent of the meeting , the general meeting was adjourned by the chairman to a time and place to be determined and announced.
