On December 6, 2022, TC Biopharm (Holdings) plc (the “Company”) received written notification from the listing qualifications staff of the Nasdaq Stock Market, LLC (“Nasdaq”) indicating that the Company regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Rule 5550(a)(2) of the Nasdaq Listing Rules and that this matter is now closed.
As previously announced, on July 12, 2022, Nasdaq notified the Company of its non-compliance with the minimum closing bid price requirement for its American Depositary Shares (the “ADSs”) because the Company did not meet the minimum bid price requirement set forth in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). Pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5810(c)(3)(A), the Company had a compliance period of 180 calendar days, or until January 9, 2023, to regain compliance with Nasdaq’s minimum bid price requirement.
